How to fix a slow Android phone

There’s no denying that our Android phones are amazing pieces of kits, but it doesn’t mean that problems can’t arrive on them from time to time. Now these provlems will vary in their danger to your device, with most being annoying issues than anything else. One of the most common issues that many Android users face, is with their device slowing down on occasion. So for example, if you’re moving between apps, or simply want to browse your device, you may find that the user interface is slow and sluggish. It can happen more times than you think, but it’s important not to stress about it. Most of the time, this is down to your internal storage filling up, and we recommend a quick fix for this issue is to clear your cache when needed. In this tutorial, we’ll be showing you how to fix a slow Android phone by deleting your device’s cache.

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your Android device and select the Apps tab from the options provided.

Step 2: With your list of installed apps now open, select one of your most used apps. A list of its own dedicated settings, through which you’ll want to select the Clear Cache option. You can see how much storage this will free up.

Step 3: Repeat this step across all of your installed apps, and almost instantly, you should notice the improvements.

It’s recommended that you do this every time you find your Android device starts to slowdown. Of course, if the problem persists, then you may need to look at getting a new Android device, but this should fix it.
